Contest rules applicable to GraceRadio's contests:

Contests are open to listeners who are adults (18 or over) and US residents. However, agents and immediate family members (first- or second-degree relations) of GraceRadio or Grace Church, Modesto are not eligible to participate. Contests are void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary.

Contest entries (normally by email) become the property of GraceRadio. One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person may disqualify him or her.

Contest entrants agree that they may be contacted by telephone and the call recorded for potential use on-air.

The winner of a contest agrees, without further compensation, that GraceRadio may identify him or her as a winner by broadcasting and/or publicizing his or her name, voice, likeness, and city of residence. 

Contest entrants agree to release and hold harmless GraceRadio and its sponsors, including Grace Church, Modesto and its officers and trustees, from any and all damages, liabilities, or claims for injury or damage of any kind that arise in connection with a contest. GraceRadio reserves the right to condition any prizes awarded on the execution of a legally enforceable release of claims and indemnity agreement.

GraceRadio is not responsible for service outages, connection speeds, or other sources of delay in telephone and/or internet systems which may affect the chances of winning a contest. GraceRadio reserves the right to disqualify multiple or all entries such as spam emails, voicemails, and the like.

GraceRadio reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will ordinarily be mailed to the winner within 30 days after a winner is selected and announced on-air.

GraceRadio is not liable if a concert or event with which a prize is associated is canceled due to circumstances beyond GraceRadio's control. 

GraceRadio reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not adhere to the rules applicable to the contest, or who gains an unfair advantage through fraud or unsportsmanslike conduct in participating in the contest.

Occasionally, a particular contest's rules may conflict with these general rules. GraceRadio reserves the right to interpret and apply all rules applicable to its contests, and its interpretation and application shall be final.
